FACILITIES

We are a locally-owned gym in McDonald, Pa, operating for 20+ years. We provide a safe, clean, and friendly atmosphere for all levels of fitness. Your membership includes 24/7 access to our cardio and weight rooms and also our scheduled Group Fitness Classes.

All Fitness Classes are included in your membership. Classes include Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, Tabata, Pump, MetKon Rx & more! Modifications can be made for beginners and can be adjusted to match the intensity you are looking for!

We also partner with many insurance programs including Silver Sneakers, Prime, Active & Fit, Silver & Fit, and Renew & Active. Check with your provider to see if you are eligible for these programs.

Body Systems Fiitness is minutes from Oakdale, Canonsburg, Cecil, Imperial, Midway, Hickory, Burgettstown & Robinson Township.

CARDIO

Our main floor offers access to cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, stationary bikes, cross trainers, and steppers. These machines are designed to make you sweat and increase healthy blood flow throughout your body. They also help strengthen and tone muscles while improving your endurance.

WEIGHT ROOM & SAUNA

Our lower level offers a wide variety of free weights, plate weights, benches, and resistance training. There are plenty of options to shape, sculpt, and tone your muscles.

The heat from our sauna will relax your body's muscles, improve circulation, and lowers blood pressure. It's a great way to start or end your workout!

SPIN ROOM

We are working hard to get the spin room updated for you! The spin bikes are being upgraded for a better riding experience. We were also able to secure a custom mural for the spin room.

AMENITIES

Tanning, Childcare & Lockers

At an additional cost, you can purchase a tanning package. Our 10-minute stand-up bed gives you even, accurate coverage in half the time!

We also offer Childcare at an additional cost. We provide a clean, safe space for your children to play while you workout. All staff is CPR certified and background checked!
