Meet the Owners

Matt & Melissa Gray

Their goal is to make the gym a place for families. It's been a huge part of theirs and they want you to feel the same!

A Note from the Owners

Valued Body Systems Fitness Family:

As you have likely heard by now, we, Matt & Melissa Gray, have recently taken ownership of Body Systems Fitness. Melissa is the daughter of Bob and Chip Amic, the previous owners of the gym. Due to the lasting effects of the COVID pandemic, Bob and Chip sold the business to us. We are extremely excited to continue growing the family business that has been a part of our lives as long as we have been each others. We both grew up in the West Allegheny area and were active in sports. We met as high school sweethearts the same year Bob and Chip purchased the gym in 2000. We have both spent time working the front desk, personal training, and or course being part of the workout family (Matt as a leader of the EARLY morning crew and Melissa an instructor of both morning and evening classes). As we worked through the process of opening the business, we needed a name. So while we will continue to be known and do business as Body Systems Fitness, you may also hear us reference "All Generations Fitness". This legal name felt right as both of us learned the value of working out from our fathers and can't wait to pass that love on to our sons; Brett (14), Ty (12), and Blake (8).

One of the main inspirations around us taking this journey is our passionate love for being at the gym, the friendships that happen, the stress relief, the personal achievement of obtaining workout goals, and so much more. Over the coming months we look to put our own twist to this amazing place so pleas stay tuned for fun and exciting changes, while keeping with the hometown feel we all love.

We look forward to meeting all the members and welcome thoughts, ideas, and feedback on how we can ensure the gym provides you the experience you desire.

Thank you for being part of our journey!

Matt & Melissa
