Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, Body Systems Fitness offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.

Body Challenger

This class utilizes the fit balls, weighed balls, Spri- bands, and free weights to give you a total body workout. Strength and core stabilization will be emphasized. Great for beginner to advanced.

Cardio Mix

Sundays 9:30a (Allison)

This class uses creative choreography to get your hear pumping and offers a total body workout. Fun for all fitness levels.

Cardio Sculpt

Thursdays 5:30p (Nancy) / Friday 9:15a (Nancy)

A vast array of exercises and techniques to firm, tone, sculpt your body blended with energizing cardio moves to create a fat burning machine.

Get Personal!

Monday 5:30p (Bill)

No dance, no beats...just straight up training. This unique, fast-paced class will take you though an entire body workout with a certified personal trainer. This ain't no class for Kidz!

Hatha Yoga

Tuesday 6:30p(Mary Kay)

A challenging experience for ALL levels. Improve your muscle balance and symmetry, lunge endurance, flexibility, and overall body strength. The perfect class for personal growth.

Interval Circuit

Tuesday 5:30p(Allison)/ Thursday 9:00a(Tracy A)

A great interval exercise using weights and low impact aerobics.

Rohlaa

Saturday 11:00a(Scott)

Come Funk away the Junk to Rock, Hip-Hop, and Latin music for All Ages!

PowerBall

Monday 7:30p (Heidi)

Full body circuit training for legs, core, and upper body. The class revolves around the exercise ball but will also incorporate bands and weights. It will be fast paced for a cardio and fat burning effect but remains low impact. Modified for all levels.

Power 60

Thursday 6:30p (Tracy A) / Saturday 9:00a (Tracy A)

60 minutes of pure "POWER"! Cardio-weights-plyometrics-punching-kicking-abs and more!!! Class format designed for all levels.

Silver Sneakers

Muscular Strength - Tuesday 10:30a(Tammy)
Cardio Circuit - Monday 10:30a(Tammy) / Wednesday 10:30a(Cindy) / Friday 10:30a(Tammy)

Combine fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non impact aerobic choreography.

     Muscular Strength - Class focus is muscular strength and range of motion. - Tuesday 10:30a
     Cardio Circuit - Focus is cardiovascular endurance. - Monday 10:30a / Wednesday 10:30a / Friday 10:30a

Forty-five minutes of bike conditioning, Climbs, jumps, hills, and more increases your endurance and muscle tone. A great cardio workout for ALL levels. Space is limited. Call or come in and sign up in advance!

Step and Sculpt

A complete muscle sculpting workout geared to produce terrific results. Expect to ask more of your body in this class!

Pilates

Various postures designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance control. Practice fluidity of movement while gaining core strength, and use of hand weights for muscle tone.

YogaStretch

Tuesday 11:15a (Tammy)

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Zumba

Monday 6:30p (Cindy) / Wednesday 9:15a (Cindy) 6:30p (Cindy) / Saturday 10:00a (Cindy)

Fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat-burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba creates a party like atmosphere and you don't need to know how to dance to do Zumba!
